Method of Delivery

Local Orders (Hong Kong)

All local orders are delivered via S.F. Express. You can choose delivery to a residential/commercial address, S.F. Station, or S.F. Locker (please provide the S.F. Station/Locker code at checkout).

Delivery Charges (Local):
- Free Shipping (SF Locker / SF Station): Net purchases of HK$290 or more.
- Free Shipping (Door-to-Door Delivery): Net purchases of HK$490 or more.
- Orders below HK$290: Shipping fee is paid upon delivery directly to S.F. Express (Freight Collect).

Delivery Timeframes
- Residential / Commercial / Industrial Areas: 3-7 working days
- Outlying Islands: 5-10 working days

International Orders

International orders are shipped via Speedpost EMS / Express.

Delivery Charges & Options (International):
- Standard Shipping: HK$180 (Free Shipping on net purchases over HK$980)
- Expedited Shipping: HK$250 (Free Shipping on net purchases over HK$1,690)

Customs & Import Duties:
- Import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees may apply based on the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond estimated delivery timeframes.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to an order that is currently being processed, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +852 5111 0904. Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.
